After analyzing the septic system his septic tank did seem to be full and after taking out his outlet filter no water seemed to be flowing out to his drain field leading me to believe that there is a problem. I then spoke with the homeowner and made him aware that our sewer specialist can come out and take a look at his drain field. I then gave him multiple upfront options on getting it pumped out and he decided on option 2. After signature approval I pumped the septic tank clean and clear. Upon completion I cleaned up all tools and materials.
