➖Replace toilet handle ➖Run drain machine through bathroom sink drain and attempt to clear blockage Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that they were having an issue with a downstairs sink not draining properly as well as a toilet that was not flushing. Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that the sink was indeed clogged and that the toilet handle was broken. I didn’t proceeded to give the homeowner upfront pricing and options to get these issues fixed today. Homeowner decided to go ahead and have me do the work to get the issue resolved. I began by removing the old toilet handle and installing the new one and making sure that it was flushing properly. I’ve been proceeded to drain all of the water out of the sink and then disconnect the tubular underneath the sink so that I could have access to the drain.
