After arriving to the home the homeowner made me aware that this is not his primary residence and that he only visits here about once a month and that he has tried to repair both the downstairs and the upstairs toilet himself, at first I assessed the downstairs toilet which is beyond repair at this point and will require replacement, this cannot take place until flooring has been reinstalled on the first floor of the home, the customer also may be aware that he would purchase his own fixture for this bathroom, from there I assessed the upstairs toilet which has been repaired properly and is functioning as it should at this time followed by locating the whole home shut off valve and pressure reducing valve located behind the electric water heater in the downstairs closet, I have provided upfront pricing for installation of customer supplied fixtures when the homeowner is ready
