Replace 40 gallon direct vent natural gas water heater in garage with -new thermal expansion tank -dielectric connections to prevent corrosion -new gas flex connect -change of direction gas drip leg 90 day parts and labor warranty With customer approval i disconnected water heater in garage that had already been drained and installed new 40 gallon commercial grade direct vent natural gas state water heater with all new venting thermal expansion tank gas drip leg and gas flex connect after water lines we’re connected I filled water heater and after finding no leaks I insulated water lines and sealed vent on outside of home water heater is now venting made customer aware with hour and a half to heat completely
