Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that they had a leak on a copper line behind the washing machine. Upon further diagnosis identification that a 3 inch copper drain line was leaking right below the fitting. The copper was soft to the touch it needs to be replaced. At this time we have scheduled for our drain specialist to come back out Monday afternoon to give pricing on a permanent fix to the problem.
