Upon arrival Mithu and I discussed the issue he was dealing with. He stated that the 3rd floor en-suite bathroom toilet was clogged and he was unable to get it. He had tried plunging and using a product called green gobblin (?) he stated he had the same issue back in January and we took care of it then for him. I offered and explained the benefits of being a service member and he stated not at this time. After presenting him with options he chose to have the toilet augered. I Augered the toilet to allow it to flush properly. After cleared flush numerous times to verify proper function and no leaks.
