Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that there was indeed a mainline stoppage. I was just out here a few months ago for the same issue which was found to be tree roots. Then proceeded to give the homeowner upfront pricing and options to get the line flowing again today. I began by running my dream machine down the line until the blockage was cleared. Once the blockage was cleared and tested everything thoroughly to make sure that everything was draining properly at this time. I explain to the homeowner that this is just a temporary solution and that the line will back up again. We are going to have a camera specialist come out and camera the line and give the homeowner a permanent solution to this issue.
