Dispatch for diagnosis and repair options We were called out because customer has drain flies, and was wondering if this could be related to the plumbing system. We looked over the home’s drains, and checked for water flow, and everything seems okay. The home has a clean out by the right side of the yard. We offered the homeowner a diagnosis by means of a smoke test. At this point we did not perform any work. A dispatch fee was paid via credit card.
