So I gave the customer an upfront price for those items they wished for me to proceed so I cut the 3 inch ABS drain drop above railing underneath mobile home as well as cut right before the drain line enters the ground and remove piping. I turned the ball valve off at the meter and cut and cap the waterline above railing underneath mobile home.
