Excavate trench in front yard from meter/ curb to home foundation remove all old cast iron sewer and water line in ground bed new sewer, install new 4" Pvc on proper grade through yard and install new clean out at curb as required, install two way clean out within 5' of home foundation and install tracer wire for future location of sewer as required, install new 3/4" pex main water service across yard, main water will be replaced through closet floor with new 1/4 turn emergency main valve in existing location, both sewer and water lines where penetrating foundation will be sleeved and sealed for pipe protection and waterproofing, Replace all water piping in home with pex with new emergency stops new water supplies to each fixture and trim to seal floor, all new lines will go through floor for minimum sheetrock repair, old lines will be cut flush with wall and sealed, a new box will be installed behind fridge with a 1/4 turn emergency valve and connect new fridge with braided stainle
