We were called out to look for a potential leak in the crawlspace. After speaking with the homeowners, and looking over the area, we learned that the middle bathroom group was draining slowly because of incorrect grade of the install. The homeowners stated that their kitchen drain was replaced about 6 months ago, and that it was determined to be an issue after the homeowners noticed the tub backing up when they did laundry. The piping of the kitchen drain looked fine, however the grade of the system that it is leading into, as a whole, is incorrect and will only create problems in the future. We gave the customers several options for repair, and we suggest they consider repiping the drain system. We will email the options and the customer will schedule a later date that they can have the work done. Dispatch fee paid via cash.
