Came out today and did one year flush on 40 gallon electric low boy in crawlspace started by draining water heater down then refilling while flushing after heater filled shut water off and drained about half way down then flushed for 20 more minutes checked pressure on home to insure PRV was working properly that was installed last during repipe and pressure is 55psi
