Includes: -installation of new insinkerator 3/4 hp garbage disposal -replacement of air admittance valve -installation of new disposal waste and p-trap After arriving to the home the homeowner expressed that there’s been an increasing sewer gas smell in the kitchen, after investigation I observed the previous homeowner had removed the garbage disposal as well as the air admittance valve underneath the kitchen sink and stuffed the dishwasher drain into the open line which is allowing sewer gas into the home, after making the homeowner aware of this I proceeded to offer three upfront prices for correcting the issue followed by gaining approval and proceeding to install a new three-quarter horsepower insinkerator garbage disposal as well as re-piping the drain lines under the kitchen sink to accommodate the new disposal as well as installing a new air admittance valve to allow the drain to vent without sewer gas entering the home, then proceeded to fill and drop the sink multiple times
