Upon arrival customer walked me to the tankless water heater. Described the issue at hand. Customer stated that he wasn’t home when the water heater was acting up. Current water heater is a tankless. Provided customer with options to properly diagnose the tankless water heater. Customer stated that it’s too much to diagnose. Customer paid for dispatch fee and declined all options at this time.
