➖Run drain machine through outside clean out and attempt to clear the blockage ➖Pull toilet and reset - including replacing wax ring Upon arrival to the home and the homeowner made me aware that they were experiencing an issue with a blockage on one side of the house. Upon further diagnosis to the problem I found that the whole house was backed up. I also found that there was water leaking around the base of the toilet due to the stoppage. I’ve been proceeded to give me homeowner upfront pricing and options to get these issues fixed today. The homeowner decided to have me go ahead and do the work to get the issue resolved.
