Tighten the nuts on tubular underneath lavatory faucet in bathroom. Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that he slightly tipped his sink which caused his tubular to leak. After inspection I found that two of the nuts on his tubular had become slightly loose and were leaking, and mentioned he needs a new toilet soon. I offered multiple options and upfront pricing for his fix today and for his potential toilet purchase. Everything is functioning properly and the tubular was no longer leaking.
