Upon arrival to the home the customer stated that he was having a few issues, one of them being that the Studer vent needs to be unscrewed and I knew it needs to be screwed in the kitchen drain, but the major problem is the leaking galvanized drain on the bathroom sink, I’ve been talking with the homeowner and going over prices and options for him he chose to go with re-piping the bathroom drain by going to the bottom of the cabinet and connecting onto the main drain line directly below it which is PVC in the crawlspace/basement, the section of pipe that we will be tied into is in the basement portion through the old laundry chute therefore no drilling will be required, we will cut in a Y fitting to install the new drain into the mainline The technician that comes on site to do this work needs to call me once they arrive so I can go over everything with them one more time so that this job starts smoothly and ends correctly
