Upon arrival to the house customer stated that the shop toilet was not flushing properly and the line was backed up at this time I provided upfront pricing and options for the customer he chose to go to the outside clean out with sewer machine up to 75 foot this time the sewer machine was About 75 foot nothing was hit inside of the pipe as far as a blockage so I pulled the snake back and went to the next clean out which is on the backside of the house next to the patio ran the snake 75 foot did not hit anything at this time the snake is at or inside of the city sewer Also the neighbor walked up during the time I was snaking the line and made a statement that his house was backed up, these two houses are on the same street so the homeowner is going to call the city in the morning to get them to come out here and resolve the issue
