Upon arrival to the home today I completed inspection of the septic system, as well as talking with the homeowner about possibly swapping over to city sewer. I informed the homeowner if they do want to proceed with the city sewer he will have to have the city either mark the location out for the area of the city tap or go ahead and get that tap installed before I can provide any prices on getting that done. I have built some options for the customer if they decide to stick with septic for replacing the existing septic tank with a new one, as well as installing risers and clean outs for easy access in the future. The homeowner is going to talk with his wife to see what they want to go with, I did let him know that we have financing available and once they’ve made a decision they will let us know which route they would prefer to go.
