After arriving to the home the homeowner may be aware that the property is currently not occupied and if they are in the process of renovating the home before moving in and then he would like pricing on doing portions of the remodel but he is not comfortable handling himself while he completes all tasks, after assessment of the job I have informed the homeowner that this project is currently outside of our scope of work
