Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that the kitchen sink was indeed backed up and nothing else in the house was affected. I then proceeded to give the homeowner upfront pricing and options to get this issue taken care of today. I’ll begin by going underneath the house and cutting into the drain line and then running my drain machine down the line until the blockage was cleared. Once the blockage was cleared hi fixed the drain and then proceeded to test everything thoroughly. Everything is running properly at this time.
