Jeremy pumped the septic tank yesterday, and noticed the pump was not working. I began by accessing the pump and electrical. What I determined that the pump was not working, even after the piggyback was bypassed. The homeowner is the original owner of the home, and has lived here 18 years. He was unaware of the maintenance needed for his septic system. The homeowners plan on downsizing here soon, so I gave the homeowner options with upfront pricing to help maintain the system.
