Upon arrival Scott and I discussed what to expect with a 65 point safety inspection. After making him aware of the proceedings, he stated that his mother had passed away the night before last, he’s dealing with making all the arrangements and having to run some errands related and wouldn’t be at the home after letting me into the home. After I completed the safety inspection and flushing the water heater I called Scott to let him know my findings. He stated that dealing with the death of his mother and all the errands he would like the options constructed for them emailed over and when done dealing with the death of his mother would review them and reach back out in regards to them.
