Upon arrival Christen and I discussed the issue they were dealing with. She had stated that they’ve got water spots forming in the dining area at the rear of the home. After doing a thorough evaluation in the master bathroom upstairs(ran all fixtures and flushed toilets) and being unable to identify the leak from the bathroom(non-invasively) I informed her that I would need to cut a point of access in the ceiling to properly identify it. After this was discussed she reached out to her husband to inform him. After informing him of the current findings he asked to speak with me. After explain what processes had been completed it was discussed it could be the bay window roofing failing. There are nails ecoming exposed right where the roof of the bay window/bump out meets with the side of the home.
