➖99 dollar drain special ➖Service partner plan Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that they were having an issue with the whole home not draining. The customer stated that she had somebody come out this morning to pump down the septic tank but they were only able to pump it down about halfway. I was able to look down the mainline clean out to figure out that it was a mainline stoppage somewhere outside of the home. I then proceeded to give the homeowner upfront pricing and options to get this issue taken care of today. The homeowner decided to have me go ahead and do the work to get the issue resolved. I’ll begin by running my drain machine down the mainline clean out until the blockage was cleared. Once the blockage was cleared tested everything thoroughly to make sure that everything was flowing properly. The office will call the homeowner to schedule for our drain specialist to come out and camera the lines to make sure that this issue does not happen again.
