After arriving to the home, the homeowner lead me to the right side of the house and showed me where his current well is located. The homeowner has lived at the house since 2015. The house was built in 2005. This dates the pump at about 17 Years Old. We believe this to be the Original Pump. The Homeowner also made me aware that the Pressure Tank has been replaced in the past 3 years, and that no current issues exist with his pressure. He also has a Kinetico Water Softener in place. The Well Statistics are as followed: 3/4 HP Pump by Red Jacket (8GPM) 230 VAC Pump Depth at 275’ Well Depth at 305’ Static Water Level at Unknown Well Yield: 4GPM (based of well tag) After considering the current conditions of the well equipment, I created 4 options. As of right now, the customer is being proactive and wants estimates before continuing with any work.
