On today’s visit a customer made us aware that she tested positive for coliform in her well. She had full documentation of all the issues with her well water so at that time we presented a customer with multiple options and upfront pricing on systems that would solve all of her issues. The customer has chosen option two and left a nonrefundable deposit.
