We were called out to look at a dishwasher/kitchen sink that is leaking. We investigated and found that the cold water supply line was leaking. The emergency shut off valve was turned to the ‘off’ position, however this did not stop the leak. We informed the homeowner of each variable that could be contributing to this issue, and offered several options for repair. The customer stated that she and her husband are considering the options, and they will contact us in the future after they’ve reached a decision. We collected a dispatch fee.
