Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner over the phone and provided an upfront option and price on pumping up to 1000 gallons and agitating at no charge so that we could get the tank properly cleaned, after signature approval I began to agitate the solids in the tank, after completion of agitating I then began to pump the tank clean and clear of any liquids or solids, after completion of the job I cleaned up all tools and materials and made the homeowner aware that we would have one of our camera and sewer specialist come out tomorrow afternoon to evaluate the tank just ensure there’s nothing wrong with the tank. - pump up to 1000 gallons - agitate the solids so tank can be cleaned properly
