Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that she thought there was a leak underneath the kitchen sink. Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that there was indeed a leak under the sink caused by the sink itself dropping and creating a gap between the countertop. I then proceeded to present the homeowner with upfront pricing and options to get the issue resolved today. The homeowner has decided to hold off on having the work done and said that she will call us back once she thinks about it. The homeowner needs to speak with her homeowners insurance about which option is best for them. The water pressure on the home is 95 psi which is slightly above recommended pressure.
