Upon first arriving at the home, I was shown to the issue, and I could see clearly that the union threaded piece was broken. The customer simply wanted the union replaced exactly like what was originally there. We were able to make a cut in the piping, and couple a new piece of PVC with a new union end and make the same connection. After testing our work, there was a very minor leak at the coupling side, so we cut it out and replaced it once more. After the second attempt, everything is working fine. There are no leaks, and the pump is up to pressure. Payment was collected today via
