Replace Toilet Flange in Full Bathroom, Couple onto Existing Drain Underneath with No Hub Band Replumb Sink in Full Bathroom, Which Includes Running New 1-1/2”-2” PVC in Wall, and Couple Onto Existing Drains Under Home. Install Clamp Riser to Support Weight of Galvanized Steel Vent, Add Nail Plates to Prevent Nail Penetration, Fire Caulk Around Bottom Plate Install New Ice Maker Valve and Box Recessed in Wall. Sheetrock may need removal to Mount to Studs, Tie into Cold Water Lines Near By, and Add Nail Plates on Bottom Plate, and Fire Caulk. After arriving to the home, we began working in the full bathroom. Removing the old preexisting drain lines and toilet flange. We removed the whole galvanized wall arm, using supports to brace the weight of the galvanized steel dry vent. We removed sections of the old plumbing in the crawlspace for us to tie into. I ran 2” pvc into the crawlspace and connected to the vent, off the stack, I ran a 2” sanitary tee off the stack and ran a lateral 2”
