-Replace Men’s Urinal Flushometer Valve -Replace Men’s Toilet Seat, Elongated Open Front -Replacement of 8” Spread T&S Faucet for Mop Sink -Replacement of Flapper in Women’s Restroom I arrived today to complete scheduled work. I began by shutting water off to the building and draining the building down. I replaced the men’s toilets seat, and installed an open front elongated seat. I replaced the leaking women’s toilet flapper. I then began by removing the T&S faucet from the mop sink, removing all old parts, including the brass nipples. Once all rem owed, the new faucet got installed, and remounted the fixture to the wall. We then replaced the urinal flushometer. Removing the old Sloan valve, and replaced it with a newer Sloan model including the wall shutoff, urinal spud. Once everything was installed, we turned the water back on and checked for leaks. At this time, everything is functioning properly and without issue.
