Upon arrival customer explained that she went into in attic to check water heater and found that it had been leaking also made me aware that what made her check it is because when she bought home it was leaking and previous homeowner had it repaired before she bought the home after looking at heater I found that temperature and pressure relief valve was leaking and rubber bladder in thermal expansion tank ruptured explained issues to customer and gave options for water heater replacement and a repair made customer aware that with repair option there will be a 90 day warranty on the two parts we replace but can’t guarantee how long heater will last being it is 10 years old Customer will be contacting us after she makes a decision
