We were called out to give a quote for repairing a lavatory faucet in the upstairs master bathroom. After looking over the area, and speaking with the customer, we learned that the faucet was not providing adequate pressure. The other faucets in the home had fine pressure. We informed Ms. Segal of her options, which included rebuilding, or replacing the faucet, and we provided her with a total of 5 quotes. Ultimately we’ve agreed to do a customer supplied install on one faucet only. We will be back next week to perform the work. The pressure in the home was 45psi during peak usage.
