Replaced half horsepower well pump Arrival customer made me aware that there was no water to the home, a previous technician consulted her and let her know about an upfront price to pull the pump and diagnose. On my arrival I pulled the pump found it to be approximately 175 feet deep and a static water level of 40 feet, I tested the wire and the pump continuity, found that the pump had failed while diagnosing I also checked her pressure tank and pressure switch found them to be functioning properly. I gave the customer multiple options and upfront pricing and upon financing approval she agreed to pay the diagnostic fee and the price to replace the half horsepower pump.
