On today’s visit the customer made me aware That the other day when he lost power he started receiving a blockage. The customer found out that his Sewage ejector pump Was not wired into his generator and so he wired his generator into the pump and was able to pump the tank down and while the tank is pumping down he noticed a splint on the 2 inch pressure PVC between the pump and the check valve. The customer also made me aware that he just moved into this home about a month ago and was unaware of the last time his tankless water heater was flush also. I gave the customer multiple options and upfront pricing and for today he has requested that our septic truck return between 10 and two and Pop both sides of the tank down and then I will follow up tomorrow afternoon and make the repair on the PVC pipe as well as flush the tankless water heater Nick pleasants Pittsboro,nc
