Upon arrival I spoke with homeowner can you showed me the location of septic tank and the issue he was having with the septic tank and pump station tank over flowing and he also made me aware that an electrician came out approximately 2 weeks ago to fix a wire on the pump station, after further evaluation i did notice that the switch was off to the pump, after turning the pump on I then waited for the pump to automatically cut off, I then made the homeowner aware of the situation and let him know there would be no charge, at this time everything is working properly.
