Upon arrival customer had her son come to home to let me in and showed me to the water heater I found the water heater has been leaking for a while and will need to be replaced to correct issue gave customer multiple options after she arrived home she stated that she’s gotten other estimates over the last week and will look all of them over and give us a call Due to service issues when I was at the Home had to email all options to customer after I arrived at shop but did write them down on paper to go over them with her at that time
