After arriving to the home, the homeowner made me aware of 2 things they would like to get checked. They have recently bought two toilets they would like estimates for installation, and the have a shower in the hallway bathroom that drips constantly. Currently they have 2 Kohler toilets in place, one in the hallway bathroom and the other in their master bathroom. The master bathroom is currently being renovated, and is in the process of getting a shower curb added and tile for flooring. The homeowners have bought 2 Swiss Madison Skirted toilets they would like installed. The contractor they’re using for their master bathroom should be returning later this week to continue with the tile floors. The hallway bathroom shower is leaking from the tub spout, since the home was built in the 70’s, it is best believed to be the original shower valve. The shower is a tile surround and cast iron tub. The homeowner mentioned that renovations for the hallway bathroom wasn’t something they were ready
