Upon arrival customer made me aware that she was concerned about her draining/septic tank. Initially I did find that the tub and toilets were draining properly at this time but the upstairs hall toilet pushbutton mechanism did not operate properly on each flush. The customer just replaced the toilets less than a year ago so at this time is not interested in replacing any of them and will wait it out. The customer also made me aware that yesterday when her daughter took a shower there was a substantial amount of water coming down in the dining area. We ran multiple full bathtubs and ran the shower for approximately 20 or 30 minutes as well as the customer taking a shower herself we were unable to reproduce any forms of failure. The water could’ve potentially exited from the shower door. With no signs of failure at this point the customer would like to hold off on opening the kitchen ceiling to be 100% sure of the leak but will contact us if any issues persist.
