Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner and our technician Nick that was on site and they explained to me that they were just doing a routine pumping, after further evaluation of the tank I then gave multiple upfront options and pricing, after signature approval on pumping up to 1000 gallons plus pumping an additional 500 gallons and also installing a riser up to 24 inches on the outlet side, I then began to pump the tank clean and clear of any liquids or solids, i then made the homeowner aware that when our septic and camera specialist come out to take a look at the leitchfeild to ensure everything is working properly that we would have them install the riser on the outlet side of tank flush with ground, after completion of the job we cleaned out all tools and materials. - pump up to 1000 gallons - pump an additional 500 gallons - install riser up to 24 inches on the outlet side of tank
