I gave the customer an upfront price to scrub and the grease as well as flushed thoroughly with clean water. Once the customer agreed I scrubbed all side walls/pump/alarm float and pump float. I sprayed degreaser thoroughly and rinsed with water hose thoroughly. After the thorough cleaning I cycled the unit 15 to 20 times to ensure for proper function and this time everything is functioning properly.
