Upon arrival to the home I completed my septic inspection of the tank located in the backyard of the home. After taking a look at the tank and videoing the leach fields, I did find leach field is functioning properly and as it should, but the tank did have multiple cracks in the lid as well as roots coming in through the side. After talking with the homeowner they have chosen to go with replacing the tank so at this time we have ordered the tank and it will be here this week. We will be returning next week on Monday to complete the job 811 has been notified as well. The portion paid Friday for riser install will be credited towards the septic install job.
