Upon arrival to the home the customer stated that he had just recently bought the house and was looking to do a couple things to upgrade the house and get a few small issues fixed, after taking a look at everything the customer was wanting to go over with me we decided to go with putting a water filtration system in as well as a UV light, there will be a hose bib on the right side of the home replaced, I already have the access panel for that, they will be on the slab portion of the home, there will be a small section of packs piping to be replaced along the boathouse, and the master toilet will need to be pulled and reset due to wax ring needs to be changed, there is no Picture of the master bathroom toilet because the painters are currently in the master bedroom and bathroom doing some painting so everything is covered up and I cannot access that area as of today, the water filtration system will be installed in the mechanical room in the basement, the electrician that is already on
