After arriving to the home the homeowner made me aware that they have an 11-year-old Takagi tankless water heater located in the laundry room, and that it has not been producing hot water for approximately two days now, after a brief overview of the unit as well as making the homeowner aware that the manufacturer has since went out of business and that there may be some difficulty in locating replacement parts for the unit price to perform a diagnostic service on the unit, at that point the homeowner may be aware that they did not expect a diagnostic service in addition to the $49 dispatch fee and would like to decline work at this time, customer also declined pricing on new system at this time
