On this visit we did perform a 65 point whole home inspection as a courtesy to the customer and I found everything to be in great working condition except for a tripped GFI which controls his water system which we were able to reset. I did find out the master bath toilet had heavy sediment in the ports and that the kitchen sink faucet was indeed leaking from beneath the handle.
