On today’s visit I performed a 65 point whole home inspection as well as flush the water heater. I did come across a couple of items consisting of the left side hose bib/kitchen sink faucet/hall lavatory faucet/whole toilet. Everything else in the home appears to be in good working order but there was one item that needs to be addressed as soon as possible which is a three-quarter by three-quarter by half PEX tea in the crawlspace with a slight drip.The pressure tank and water pressure or operating properly and the PSI is 50.
