When I arrived I was informed that their water heater hadn’t been working for roughly a week (Thursday 04/13/2023) it had stopped working after a storm. It had happened once before a year or so ago and the break in the panel had failed. After a thorough evaluation it was discovered the Gfci on the top thermostat had tripped. I reset it and gave the water heater time to heat some water to show the home owner the change at the tap. Water heater is back up and fully operational.
