Install Navian NPE 240A in garage -service valves -replace 1/2 regulator with 3/4 regulator -run 8ft of half inch gas trac pipe with 3/4 black iron at unit Will drain and remove both direct vent water heaters and hall away Return today and installed Navian 240-A tankless water heater in garage Drained removed and hauled both both direct vent water heaters Ran both vents for tankless out existing holes to prevent cutting new holes in home Installed service valves on bottom of heater with pressure relief valve Removed half inch gas regulator and installed 3/4 regulator with shut off and drip leg After installed set up and ran water in master bathroom up to two faucets at one time to insure everything is working properly Electrician is scheduled for tomorrow tankless is running off drop cord at this time
